The Heart
We are a year round indoor farm. We produce organically grown MicroGreens and lettuce. As soon as weather permits we grow specialty salad greens, and vegetables in our greenhouse and outdoor gardens. I stand by my MicroGreens and make sure each sprout is as fresh as possible, by harvesting them the day they are shipped to you.
Each tray starts with locally purchased organic soil and high quality organic seeds.
My greens are tended to several times each day, guaranteeing the best possible colors, and flavors.
